Is there any way on an 05 Duramax to recalibrate the speedometer without buying a power programmer? Could the dealership do this by just a push of a button to get everything right for 35" tires?

They can do it but it will cost you 200.00 for the programming and 1.0hr labor are more to program.to program that setup they have to call gm and let them know the tire size and all.you would be better off with a programmer.

already got the banks on there, but it doesnt adjust the speedo on the truck, just the one on the palm. just wanted it all straight for odometer/fuel mileage. thanks for the info though.

They can do it but they can also take away part of your warranty for those large tires.

Stan, can't a custom DRAC be ordered and installed for his truck?

When in doubt SET THE HOOK!

UT Fisher call your local 4wd shops and see if they can help you with a DRAC custom made for it.
Thanks Bullet[BS]
I had completely forgot about that possibility.
