Where can you pick up some live bait/shrimp at? Never been fishing down there and dont know where any marina's are. Thanks guys.

There's a few bait shops along the pass that leads from Aransas pass to the ferries in port a. Good luck I did well a few weeks ago down there

In Aransas Pass there is a bait shop along the road that leads to the public boat ramp at the base of the causeway leading to Port Aransas. In Port Aransas there are several bait shops in the boat ramp basin across from the ferry docks. There are several bait shops around the marina in Rockport. As mentioned above, Mom's is in the middle, and I have had the best experiences there. Cove Harbor is just outside Rockport toward Aransas Pass. It has a free public boat ramp, live bait shop, and restaurant.

Tarpon Shores is the shop about 2 miles from the ferry onto Port A. If you buy bait on Port A you will pay a bit more but the advice they give is worth the cost IMO. I went down there this past weekend and had a great trip.
