Anybody know where i can catch large catfish from the bank near Katy TX. I have had no luck catching anything other than small bullheads in the community ponds, they are plentiful but not a good fight. I've tried to fish the Brazos river but couldn't find any access points.
You'll always miss 100% of the shots you don't take.

There are access points off 290! I haven't personally been but I see people down there all the time when I'm driving. Near Chappell Hill.

I haven't been in about a year...but I typically go to Mary Jo Peckham to pick up some channel catfish to bring home for food. They are stocked & typically range in the 12"-14" range.
