This is a question for all who have 2 power poles. I have 10' blades and they both deploy at the same time. My problem is when raising them one of the poles is about a second or so slower than the other one. Does anyone else have this happen with theirs? It's not that big of a deal I don't guess but it annoys me for some reason. Thanks

mine do the same thing, I think one gets deeper into the mud and takes a little longer, also check your batterys in your remotes

As your pole gets older, you may find that you have to pull on it a few times to get it up.

I had a post a while back, where the guy from Power Pole was at Lake Fork and reprogramed mine , they were doing the same thing. There is an app for your smart phone that will let you reprogram them. Great Customer service.

They move slower in the winter because they work by using hydraulics , its not a problem thats just hydraulics.

I bought a used one. THe used one I had bought was a LOT slower then the one I already had on the boat. I ran a check on the app with my phone, sent it in to JL. They contacted me back and long story short, I sent them the pump, and installed a new / rebuilt one within a week.
GREAT Phenomenal customer service.
I was out $0! The only thing they didn't include was butt connectors to re-splice my old wiring, but they did have a whole new wire on it. They even sent new fluid and fittings.

Has anyone EVER had a negative customer service experience with JL Marine/PowerPole? I sure haven't nor have I ever heard of one.
