Hello Texas Fishing Forum Members! Lake Fork is producing some great action in both deep and shallow water on a very wide variety of lures. Lately most of the bass we have been catching have been on soft plastics such as texas rigs, senkos, and carolina rigs. In shallow water look for bass to be around heavy timber or boat docks near main lake areas in 4-10 ft. Shallow flats and points near creek channels/ledges are best. If you choose the right soft plastic, depth, and retrieve you are sure to run into some healthy Lake Fork Largemouth! Check out my newest fishing tips video to see which soft plastic rigs I like to use for shallow summer bass fishing. As always thank you for watching and stay safe on the water my friends!

Thanks - I always enjoy your videos.

In memory of my childhood friend Dan Sterling, who taught me at an early age how to catch bream with a hand-line, and who unknowingly hooked me on fishing for life.
