I went out Wednesday evening around 7pm and stayed out an hour before retreating back to to A/C. Man, it was hot and humid. I guess I'm a lightweight. Even in shorts, t-shirt and flip flops it was too danged hot. I don't know how some of you do it.

How much passion do you have for the love of fishing? It's not too bad at all if you're prepared. Went out today at 11am to 9pm. It was nice!

I found my tolerance is directly related to the bite...if they are biting I don't notice the heat near as much as I do when they aren't...

I have been fishing 6am - 7pm at least 1 day a week for the last month. Wear the proper clothing , drink lots of water, eat healthy and you'll be alright

I don't mind it at all! If you're not acclimated IE: stay indoors all the time I could see it being a bit of a shock to the system, solution is to fish more!

Don't mind the heat if I have shade and a breeze.

If im in direct sunlight then I dont start until 8 pm at the earliest. If theres shade then I wouldnt mind any time of the day, sadly where I fish there is hardly any shade. Also I fish in my chest waders which are neoprene , needless to say it gets hot.

That's me. This time of year you can usually find me hugging the shade at the 103 bridge at Rayburn, just like the crappie. I can't blame them. If I were a fish, I would be a crappie! I fish mostly at night once it gets good and hot.

I have a big umbrella that I mount in the middle of my boat for shade sometimes but lately I haven't needed it. Just sun screen, drinks, and some fish. If it's too much I'll take a dip in the water, and it usually sets thing right.
