I don't know of anyone in Texas that sells them but there are sites on the 'net that do.
You realize they are very temp sensitive, much more so than Tilapia. There are very few places in Texas...basically only those with warm water provided year around...in which they will survive.
I believe you can get adult largemouth bass at Danbury's Fish Farm...at least they sold them in the past.

DFF????
My momma told me, "If you can't find anything nice to say about somebody, say nothing at all.
Silence.
Others have done so on this forum, I have always told folks I was the wrong person to ask about the place, I only managed it and built Lakes of Danbury.
More silence.
I've been working with peacock bass for several years and learned a lot about them.
They are very susceptible to cold, below 80 they are not happy, below 70 they get parasites and bacterial infections easily, below 60 they are dead. Not nearly as tolerant of cold as tilapia.
In other related threads (bass section I think) questions about the state and peacock bass arose. The state stocked them into Lake Bastrop years ago, but the powerplant got shut down one winter and they all died.
For a very long time all species of peacock bass were banned in Texas. That ban was lifted long ago at the behest of the "Exotic Species Task Force" which I was a member of.
Anyway, I hope to have adults to spawn by next spring, and fingerlings for sale that summer. My plan is to grow one season, overwinter, then stock into a fishing lake for my members.
Oh, I can also get "grown bass" from my operations.
