I want to take time to thank all that attended the GTG today.. What a great group of crappie folks we have on the TFF...
I wish I could take time to thank everyone individually but I'm bushed and need a nap...
Thanks Dominick (Raptor), Wally (Mr. Crappie), David (shut-up-and-fish), Tommie & Candra Deese (frying filets), Eric Walker (Slabxpress), for fixing the hush puppies... for the effort ya'll put in to make this turn out with great reviews...
There were others that donated things for give aways and thank-you also...
I truly appreciate your effort and friendship...

ditto.. Thanks to all involved in the hard work to put this together. Enjoyed the opportunity to meet several TFFers. I want to take time to thank all that attended the GTG today.. What a great group of crappie folks we have on the TFF...

Bobby, it was definitely great to meet so many of the folks I've been "talking" to for so long but I really hate you missed out on the festivities. Oh well, next time maybe!

Thanks guys! It was very gratifying to hear a couple of guys say they were glad they grabbed their samples early as they were responsible for the only fish they caught, or at least contributed to the catch today.

I want to say thanks to all that attended ,,,,sorry we were a bit late but it was a good group of folks ,,,,I kinda went thru the crowd fast shaking hands because I was trying not to miss anyone ..... what a great trip we had to the ole Palestine  an adventure beyond compare for sure .... thanks again to all

Could not have said it better, thanks to Raptor for inviting us to Emerald Bay. Yes, it was GREAT to put faces with the names on TFF. Sure a bunch of nice folks.....Next. Time, how about a cooler date!! Food was excellent! Jigum send that crappie cake recipe. Tasty way to enjoy crappie.

Using the site for a while...this is really great to share fishing ideas and success with others.

Here ya go crappiepete:
Buy the Zatarans crab cake mix, substitute the crab with crappie (1 LB.) and add 1/2 white onion...
I put the crappie and onion in a food processor to pulverize it..
Then just mix according to the package label...
ENJOY!!!!
