Have they started working on the dam yet? NTWD website says it is to be completed in 2017

I doubt it but they are supposedly gearing up for it right now. Getting caught up on other stuff to devote all resources available to it next year.

Starting in early 2015 and it's slated as a 4year project. Damn to build ,2 State Hwy bridges to build, Pump Station and Water Treatment plant. 85% or so of the timber is to be cleared which will take some time. I'll keep y'all posted as I'm watching it being built due to the fact I'm probably going to be one of the Inspectors watching the construction. Also I'll take cash for GPS COORDINATES of the brush piles that I'll be choosing the locations of!!!

Might have to fly over and get some arial photos once they start building it and make trips every couple of months.

If I was younger and it didn't take so long for lakes to fill up I would like to buy a retirement place on a new lake. but I'm to close to retirement. I wouldn't mind retiring North Texas or Southern Oklahoma.
