Ok so I have narrowed it down to either fork or Palestine for a august crappie trip. Which lake would you choose and also any input on guides and places to stay would be appreciated!

Fork is more consistent, Palestine is harder to fish. If you're feelin froggy come to Palestine, if you want guaranteed fish go to fork.

Whenever I fish either of those lakes I have Tbox in the boat...in fact, the ONLY times I have fished either lake, I have had Tbox in the boat... LOL
