Lake Graham is full of drum. Won't find any tilapia in this area.

Brazos between PK and Mineral Wells is full of them, but I'm guessing most are pretty small from the ones from what I have caught. I've caught some good size ones on Eagle Mountain around the docks. Biggest I one I ever caught was probably close to 7 lbs on first trip to Ray Hubbard. I've never fished for them specifically. I know they are usually near the bottom. They do put up a good fight.

They like minnows. They LOVE small live crawfish.

I think we catch them a lot on the Brazos as it's so shallow most of the time. They hang out pretty close to the bottom from what I've read and aren't real big on chasing a lure a long ways. Have caught them on minnows and crank baits. Rattle Traps and that similar lipless Rapala trolled behind a canoe or kayak is how I've usually seen them caught on the brazos. I caught that big one on Ray Hubbard trolling in my kayak as well.

Small crayfish and night crawlers. They will also hit jigs dragged very slowly on bottom. Current breaks or where rivers narrow down is a good spot.

I catch and see tons in Lake Lewisville. I have had larger ones swim right up to me while I'm wade fishing sand bass run and freak me out. They are all over that lake though... I don't target them at all but I have caught them from .5lb-15lb or so on anything from soft plastics, to spoons, live minnows, crankbaits... you name it! Those gou's are crazy! Edit: Just looked for curiosity sake, lake record for drum is 15.92lb, so probably almost 2lb bigger than what I've gotten bit by out there, and they are FIGHTERS haha... anything beyond 5lb will bend your pole nicely... they have more of a saltwater fish's body, kinda interesting, wouldn't even begin to know how to target them intentionally though haha The record for drum on bow fishing there is 18.51!
