Looks like a nice entry level fishing kayak! I know that the pescador 12 is one of the most highly regarded lower priced entry kayaks. I myself have a pelican icon 120 that I am enjoying!

I would recommend that you take a little time to look around at ALL of your options before pulling the trigger.
Should you be interested, we have two "Made in the USA" Pescador Angler 12's (Red & Sand) in stock that are priced VERY competitively to your current interest. Our bargain bin also has some great deals on previous year models.
Call or come by for details.

What Mike said.
I've never seen that yak before - not sure I "get" the hi-lo seat configuration. Don't be afraid to step into the "yak boutiques" such as Mariner Sails, Mountain Sports, etc.......you will find they often have products that compete pricewise with the big box stores/marine dealers, better quality yaks, broader selection, the accessories that can help decide which total package best fits you and without a doubt, more qualified and experienced personnel wrt yaks.

can u stand in a pescador? i had one for a month and it was tippy to me. of course i'm used to 33 inch wide boats. plus im 220lbs. more likely to stand and fall. pescador is just28 inches wide. this is not bad for the price. its prolly not for me, i like peddle drive. maybe good for someone that cant drop a grand or more. maybe a good 2nd yak for a buddy boat. i know when i started yaking 7 years ago i would have never considered dropping a grand on a yak. so i think it's in the discussion for a nicely priced yak u can stand in with 500 lb. weight capacity, anchor trolley, hi lo seat, etc. will take a look in person. just saw it online. what country is that yak from? bum f egypt lol

I've fished from a Pescador once, and with my tackle in the boat every move I made brought water through the scuppers onto the floor.

As someone who has been down this road and no longer has a kayak, if I were to buy another entry level kayak I would have to go with this personally;
http://www.academy.com/shop/pdp/perception-sport-scout-12-kayak/pid-678803?color=Green%2fBrown&N=670787849
It's a tale as old as time, same as many others: Outdated molds sold to other companies and new cheaper kayaks emerge that kick butt. I always regretted buying my pescador over this, though it was a great deal and great kayak, I can't say it offers any advantage over this (for me) and lacked some of the functionality and the dry ride of the scout. I always hated the pescador for the wet ride... I bought it before winter and grew to despise it in the colder months very quickly. I also don't camp on a kayak so having closed off storage anywhere but very accessibly placed in the crotch area or by my sides is fairly clumsy and useless IMO.
Problem is beggars can't always be choosers and when it comes to an entry level kayak, nothing beats a used rig with some setup you'll want already on it to really save even more. But if you're buying a brand new entry level kayak, I'd recommend either of those over what you posted... something seems gimmicky as heck about it... like they just took a recreational kayak and claimed it has all of the features of good fishing kayaks. The description reads well but the images tell another story to me...
