Found a small snake cotton mouth i think in a 10 lb channels belly out of an e texas pond. Caught some channels out of the sulpher river that had these weird triangle shaped kinda of a pearl colored scale type things? They were too hard to be scales. Another guy thought it was plastic but I dont think so as they were all symmetrical and plastic would not break up evenly. They were a little less than a quater inch. Thought maybe something out of a mussel shell? May have been the drumming stones from a small Drum. All of the Drum was digested except for the stones. Just a guess.

We took a break from fishing and went and ate lunch at the marina. My buddy had a burrito and tator tots. He took half of it back out with us and decided not to eat them and threw them overboard. I caught a catfish later that was spitting up tater tots and part of his burrito.

1) Fishing one night had some KFC.... threw the bones in the water.... cleaned some of the cats and they had the chicken bones in them.
2) This spring I cleaned a blue that had a package of cigerattes in its stomach.

Speaking of things people have found in a catfish's stomach made me think of something I experienced while catfishing. Just really bizarre!
One time while experiencing some great catfishing, I caught a 7 pound Channel Cat that didn't even have eye's. This fish didn't have eyes that were injured by hooks, disease, or from fighting other catfish during spawning season. It just didn't have eyes! It just had skin with no scar tissue present where the eyes of a catfish should be? It was one of the weirdest things I've ever seen! For some reason he was born with no eyes. I guess a birth defect of some sort? What was even stranger is the fact that he was the largest Channel Cat I have ever caught. Strong, Fat, and heavy with good color. I thought about keeping him, but I didn't. I didn't have the heart, so I set him free. That BIG cat had no need for eyes! Cats are truly amazing fish!
