Can anyone give me their expert opinion on a GoPro system? A group of buddies and myself are fishing an offshore tournament in a few weeks and I thought it would be cool to have one mounted and ready to record if we hook up with the big Marlin we are looking for. Also mounting brackets needed. Thanks for the help.

The mount that goes in your head or chest would be great. Buy the battery bacoac or some extra batteries too

Get the suction cup mount... You can get the camera behind you and capture all the action with your buddies etc.. Including when yu land something.

These will clamp on just about anything, up to 2" diameter(tabletops, pipe, railing, windshields, anything)

Best Buy will match their online price in the stores. Just call ahead to make sure they have it in stock.

+1, I have one and it works pretty good. I do have a small nylon cord tied on as a safety, just as a precaution.
