Found this while searching for ways to modify my soft plastic lures. Im sure a lot of you already do this, but just in case you dont.... Dirt Cheap soft plastic lure repair

I had a little battery powered soldering iron called a "Wormizer" that I used for years. You could fix baits in the boat. It broke and I have never seen them in stores since.

Nice post. Couldn't find the Wormizer, but this battery powered soldering iron gets great reviews. People recommend using rechargable batteries (can be a battery hog if you do a lot of soldering)

Thanks for that. I hate the superglue/pic cement fixes. This is perfect and will help me spend more time donating to tourneys than bait makers!

I use a hot tip almost the same thing. Thanks for posting might just get one of these for backup.
