But I'm going somewhere Friday thru Wednesday. I keep going back-and-forth between the white river in Arkansas and norfork. Or the conejo Valley in Colorado only problem with Colorado is the drive back kills one day. I'll get there driving all night through the night and fish all day but the drive back is what I'm afraid of. Oh well more to come on the decision.

Depends on who is driving lol about 6 hours. But looks like it's going to be Colorado just stocked on stone nymphs green drakes and a few other things I was out of.

The last couple summers I've stayed at the cabins where the White and Norfork rivers meet. You get the best of both worlds there.

Knowing you, you'll find fish. Best success and be careful driving.

The Frying Pan is worth the drive! We've fished it several times and it has never disappointed. We like the lower, more technical section as opposed to the upper deeper section. Good fish in there for sure!

Yea last time if was on the pan every one was green drake this and green drake that. Those poor fish had seen every green drake pattern known to man. I had a black tree ant fall on my neck fished the rest of the trip with a parachute ant and small hares ear my buddy and I just killed the fish on that set up. Looks like we are not going to make the drive this trip though I wore my girl out hiking for cutts but was well worth it.
