 New record broke for Common Carp at Jacksboro City Lake

Hi Everyone! I just got back from camping at Fort Richardson State Park for the weekend with my family.I decided to go fish for carp at Lake Jacksboro .I chummed the site for 1 day with range cubes.On Saterday at 5:00Pm I started to fish.The first fish I caught was a huge 5sunfish.And the second fish I caught was a 8.5 LB Common Carp(I weighed it on a certified scale).The record for the lake was:
Jacksboro City Carp Common 5.38 22 05/04/00 Bob Morrison Bow & Arrow .So I broke the record.I had a awesome fishing trip I just wanted to let you guys know.It was a awesome fish.

yes the fish survived the trip and I released it back to the lake.It swam off really fast.

jacksboro lake is that the lake that you see as soon as you enter fort richerson state park because if it is I ve caught many carp and Bass
there but I ve always called it the resvoir Congrats on the Record
