#1 plastic IMHO is the Texas Toast Slab Bandit!! Below that will be (in no certain order) Blue Truse, Pearl Truse, Firehouse Shad & Sour Grape. That's MHO anyway. In hand tied jigs, as I mentioned in another post, Blue & Chartreuse & Orange & Chartreuse are great Summertime colors.

If you're getting them just for the get together you need the most orange you can get. I normally fish plastics but I got some sort of orange bonus jig from pepop a few months ago and it's killer right now. I've even been fishing 1/8 oz. in 13-15' of water and it hasn't mattered, they've been killing it. Maybe pepop can give you some more info on whatever that jig is.

Blazin' Raisin (purple and chart) and Fishin' Farmer (blue and chart) seem to be producing right now. I don't fish Palestine very often, but that's what seems to be a local favorite for those that do. Good luck out there!
