I bought a Kenner tunnel hull about a year ago . It's a 2002 model . I keep water in the back of the boat all the time . I replaced the flapper scuppers with new ones .but still same problem . I have noticed that when the boat is empty the drains are even with water. With boats full they sit slightly below the water line .. Is this normal?

Yep they sit too low. Scuppers won't work.

put 1 1/2" plumbers plugs in the holes, may have to cut the bottom of plug flange to make it flat on bottom to fit in hole.

Do all kenners do this or just tunnel hulls?

You have to wear white rubber boots on those boats.

Do you have your batteries in the back along with a full livewell? If so you might try to move the batteries under the console and use your front livewell to take sone weight off the rear

I had a self bailing hull on my last bay boat, and had the same problem. When you are moving, water drains, stop or back boat in water, and water comes in. I used some of my wife's rubber wine corks from target and just left them in. If I needed to drain some water, I just pulled cork out. I think the corks cost like $5.00.
