Earlier this year, when we were lookin' for a house, I tried to talk the wife into buying a house that was evidently in poor shape...but...it was a hop, skip and a jump from one of my fav Lewisville fishin' spots, lol.

Hmm...didn't take you to be the type to accept a bribe.  Seriously, though, congrats on the new house. I like the Bridge and the Grassy Knoll, so I like you living nearby. Don't guess we'll have to worry about having someone to fish with when we go over there!

We'll be trying to move in over the next week or so. I figure a pool party in late July or early August would be good. I'll let you guys know.
