Wow am I the only one using a t rig to flip docks? I like a netbait paca craw or a coffee tube.

Any of y'all flip docks at Lewisville When you flip docks Do you fish docks in shallow water? Or deep water? Do you most of your bites come after your bait hits the bottom Or do they hit on the fall? I just got a boat And I am trying to learn new tech... I have been fishing ponds and shore lines since I was a kid

Senko will skip like a rock. Also shaky head. If you are good enough to skip a frog way up under there, it can result in some savage strikes.

Would someone include the preferred rod and reel combo for flipping as well! I haven't tried anything else other than a jig fishing docks. My pitching setup is a Dobyns Champion 705 with a Shimano Curado I, 20 pound test Invizx line, Viper XP, Santone, or Mpack jig. My second set up is a Powell 704 with a Shimano Core. I am more accurate pitching under docks with a 7ft rod than with a longer rod. For open water pitching I use a Dobyns Extreme 745. If you wanted to spend a little less on your dock combo and still have quality equipment I would go with a Shimano Citica E

Don't over complicate it. Keep it simple until you catch a few and then you might try to refine it to catch more.

Senko, weightless, Revo SX w/ 17# Suffix on a 5'6" custom made xtra stiff rod from Ron @ Reel Time I can jerk anything out from under a dock with it.
