I have a Columbia Outlet store about 30 minutes away from my house. I have picked up several of the OMNI-FREEZE shirts (not the vented ones, just the long sleeve crew necks) for as little as $20 (that was during an awesome sale, but I don't think I have ever seen them more than $30 or $35 in the store and these are the shirts that retail for $60+). If enough people can make it worth my while to drive up there, send me your wish list and I'll make a run to the outlet and do my best to fill out your list and ship them to you.

For those interested in Columbia clothing. There is an outlet store in Grand Prairie as well right off of IH-20 between Great Southwest Prkwy and 360.

I have 3 of them and have noticed that as well, particularly with 7'6"+ split-grip rods. I only notice it a couple of times / day but it is irritating if you don't notice and fix it before you go to set the hook.

Hey Crank, check out these pants. I have 5 or 6 pairs of them and they're awesome for fishing. And fairly cheap.

And these are by far my favorite shirts. Yea, I'm a Magellan whore. . .lol. These shirts are very light and comfortable. Better than the Columbia shirts I have.

That's how you get skin cancer.

I go with a lot less than most people. I go with a white t, swim trunks, and no shoes. Plus a giant palm leaf sombrero. But I work outside wearing a bullet proof vest and 40lbs of gear so I'm pretty heat resistant. I know that puts me in skin cancer danger, but I choose to do it anyway. I don't wanna leave this world looking like I didn't live lol. If you really wanna dress up just check out the lawn crews in august. Those dudes are the true professionals.

Spend the $$ on good quality stuff. That and a frog togs cooling towel dipped into the ice water from the cooler.
