How has the fishin been? Going to take my son fishing before he goes to college and it is close. Deep or grass. Anyone fish all the bridges and culverts that are on the navionics or should I stick to the grassy areas. Thanks

Went this past weekend. Caught 8, all small. Most up in the creek. A couple on a point/main lake pocket.
Drove around looking for grass but couldn't find anything. It was tough fishing, for us at least.

We haven't been to Joe Pool in a about a month but the last couple of times we went we were catching on Cordell Red fin lure in chrome. What did you catch your 8 on last weekend?
