I have tried the reset but nothing came up,how long should you have to hold the buttons before the map pops up?Thanks for any help.

Bladeslinger... We met at HLS @skeeter last weekend. To do a soft reset... With PWR off! hold pages and PWR buttons until you see the HDS splash logo! then release. It should do a soft reset. Takes about 7-10 seconds.
