I noticed yesterday that the mapping was not keeping up with the boat running across the lake is there some type of adjustment or fix for this. Instead of being a continuous Map it was blanking out and filling in as I was running across the lake.

Is this a Gen I or II unit. One has a very slow processor.

Gen1 I've had this unit for about 4 years and never noticed this before.

Possible low voltage to the unit.

You can't zoom in all the way and expect the map to keep up, you are out running the updated info.
