Does anyone make, sell, or have a recipe for this stuff? We used it a lot when i was a kid and now its extinct in this part of Texas. If i remember correctly we would buy the whole minnow over the chopped or ground up bait.

We quit making it years ago and the fsmily who made it commercially no longer does. What they are calling quanah bait now is cheesebait.

There is a really nice gentleman in Dallas that handles Quannah bait. You can call him and he sells it from his home. Mr.Ross 214-662-9993 214-428-4455.
It is a cheesebait and blood punch bait and works really well. I add some chum juice and grain and some extra cattails to thicken it up and it works great. My kids like it better than CJ or Stubbys.
