Hi, im from RI and i was wondering if someone could help me, i was wondering what type of bait to use if im fishing in a medium sized pond for mostly bass and i think some trout.....thanks!!!!

Nothing beats a Texas rig, and i would rig up a worm or lizard

Try a fluke rigged weightless on a 4 or 5/0 worm hook. Watermelon or green pumpkin should be geeo color choices. Cast it out,let it sink 3 seconds & give it a slight tug with your rod tip. Take up the slack with your reel & repeat. Good luck.

Catch a trout with a worm then use that trout for bass bait. If this is public water don't do it cuz it would be illegal.
