Just read on Facebook that they've had 12 to 16 inches of rain east of Amistad since 6pm Thursday night. Is all of this going to go to Falcon?

Choke should benefit also. Saw the weather this morning and south Texas and southwest Texas got some super good soakings the past two days. thumb

No the rain was not in Choke Canyon watershed. Amistad and Falcon are both getting a lot as will Lake Corpus Christi(Nueces R.)

Amistad has come up 3.5ft so far. Still alot of water to come in. Hopefully not to fast grass was growing don't need to choke it out again.

10 ft. will be great. That grass will stretch and take off with the new water giving it the nutrients it needs to grow. Any more than that and the sun light will be the problem. The good thing is those bass love being able to get on the inside of the grass lines when the water comes up.
