could be worse. saw alot of lakes like this in norcal this last week.

those trees are huge. lakes over 100ft. low easy.

I believe all they would have to do is build a makeshift damn to keep the water back like they did when they built the boat ramp. So I say no that is not the reason.

Your right, by the way, that's called a 'cofferdam'. I was wondering why they had not done that. Believe your right, it's just a rumor and not fact but, had to ask if anyone else had heard that.
We need rain, watershed/feed from Bridgeport badly.
