I'll bet. That lake can sure get rough in a hurry as well. Glad you had a good day there. There are goof fish there, I can't seem to find them but they are there. Not the fish, it's the fisherman. Good going shipmate. BTW: Nice rig! God Bless It was known for wind today! Good day overall though Haha I probably just got lucky yesterday. Thank you sir!

I grew up on that lake. They like to keep it drained it seems. Really good lake for BIG cats. Lots of sand bass, but they are sometimes difficult to locate. Lots of "bow" fish like drum, carp and gar. A few gators on the far north end around the river.

My PB 9.56 from this last memorial day weekend my only complaint with the lake is the low water level and the pleasure boaters in the summer.

Nice going Angler! Even with what some say, a 'crappy lake' or 'worst lake in Texas', seems some big ones are still being landed!
