Been wanting to target smallies what lake would I have the best chance to do so?

Texoma and Grapevine are the two closest to DFW I know of. Seen some nice 6lb or so smallies in the past month or two coming from grapevine, may have to go try and target a new species for a while some time

here is One I caught a Canyon Lake, it went 4-2, caught another 4-1 and several 2s as well
