I just lay em in the bed and roll with it. Not really worried about them blowing out as much as them growing legs.

In the truck across the pax seat if I'm alone (99% of the time) or in the rod box on my trailer.
 I've never been good, But I've been Lucky! I don't Lie or Exaggerate, but sometimes I remember BIG!

If I'm going by myself I put them in the cab with me. If someone else is going with me then I put them in the kayak and use the front well bungees to secure them. Either way they're always in rod sox.  +1

My rods go either in hull of kayak or strapped down to rod management system along gunnel of kayak. Or even in a ram rod holder facing parallel with kayak.

Mine ride in the cab with me unless I have company going fishing with me, then I bungee them inside my truck bed.
