I think someone is really trying to establish Fork as a catfish lake.

In case you didn't notice, several rules changes have been made to help level the field for boat fishermen.

For example, boaters are no longer required to hold their boats and all occupants at the weigh-in area for inspection. This means if you or a partner have a fish to weigh, you can drive your catch to the scales and the other angler(s)in the boat can continue to fish.

With another major change, all kids under 12 can fish for free if accompanied by a paying adult. And the youngsters are eligible for all the normal hourly and bonus prizes. (One child per adult.)
