Fishing has been really good in the morning from 6am-10am and in the evening going into the night on a drop shot with a 4 inch zoom finesse worm, a #1 owner hook, 5.16 oz weight and a 12 inch leader on main lake points in 1-5 ft of water.
Fish the windy points, the bait is blowing in there and they have been feeding good. If that's slow I have been having a few good unders in the pads on a frog.
In mid day I have been fishing main lake points and road beds in 20-25ft with a c rig, a 1oz weight and a #3 hook with a 6ft leader. I am fishing a zoom fluke on my c rig and I have been throwing a drop shot out deep the same way as I do in shallow water but just make the leader 18-20 inch.
Also, I have been having a few big fish on a 10XD out on the same spots. If it gets really hot try the big bridges with a drop shot and a shaky head.
I hope this helps y'all that are fishing the Skeeter Owners Tournament this weekend.

Eric; Great Report I have a lot of respect for a guide that's willing to put current techniques to use & types of water that might be holding fish out for everyone to see. Shows the confidence in your own abilities to guide clients on these waters. Very nice.

Guys if anyone wants to go with a guy that can really catch fish and a darn good dude, Eric is the man!!! Me and my 14yo boy went with Eric on Memorial day, and he put us on the fish! Not to mention the help he gave my kid, I couldn't have asked for more.
