Call me crazy, but every time I pull one of these guys out of the water, I throw it back... Regardless of the size. I just can't let myself kill something this beautiful.

Anyone have a similar 'problem?'

Footnote: These Rebel Teeny Crawfish crank baits are AMAZING. Give one a shot. About $4-$5 at Walmart.

You're not weird. I'm such an animal lover I feel bad when I hook a fish to deep for it to make it.

As wrong as it sounds, some fish are made to be bait, others to be eaten, and a lot more just to admire and release. We ate a couple black bass this year. I have always released them no matter the size. Tasted great but I'm fine with just catfish and crappie for another 10yrs.

oh okay,Big fat redear and blue gills are great too!

Large mouth bass are good eating, there is plenty of them out there, since lot of anglers just catch and release

If it's legal ain't no way in hell it's catch and release, it's CATCH & GREASE, except ROUGH (TRASH) Fish
