It has come up 11.75' probably going to level out around 12'.

That's great news!! I was hoping that TS Amanda was going to hit as well and give some more rain but it's moved and weakened. I'm planning a 3 day trip the end of June. By then the water should have settled and those fish should be all up in those salt cedars!

This may seem like a silly question since the lake has come up 12 ft, but how is the water clarity on the main lake?

My guess would be muddy, muddy, and a little more muddy. At least for the next week or so. Give the mud a few weeks to settle and the bass to become accustomed to it....... and I can see the swimbait bite being Legen...... wait for it...... DARY!!!!

Going over there tomorrow. Hoping I can find some place that isn't muddy. The main lake is a long way from the rivers that were running.

Sunday afternoon when we left the murky water had already made it to the sand island by elm creek. A lot of stuff floating as well.
