I debating if i want to go hit choke the 7th. Im suppose to hit fayette Choke won't come up all that much, the rain must fall west of Uvalde to go into Choke. Even if it filled today the fishing will still suck for a few years.

Looks like Stillhouse is getting a good bit coming in from the Lampasas River. Belton probably got a good bit too.

Ivie has caught over 11 feet so far. Might catch about 11-12 when it's all said and done. About another year's worth of water supply. Lake is still 40 feet low, which is unreal. Hopefully Wichita Falls can catch some rain from Hurricane Amanda; they are 45 days away from actually recycling the "poo-poo" water for drinking and such. Hurricane is supposed to bring about 3-6 inches to Texas.

Fortunately (or unfortunately), Eastern Pacific hurricanes almost never impact the U.S. And Amanda is going to weaken to a tropical storm by Thursday. Western Mexico could get some rainfall, but Wichita Falls?

Just stating what the news said last night. Even if I'm wrong, I'm as right as a normal paid meteorologist.

Lake Corpus Christi aka (Mathis) and Choke Canyon will catch a little bit of water. Every little bit helps. Bring on the hurricanes all the lakes need it down south!!
