Mom & Dad are in the process of moving to Houston so while he's still here, Papa got a chance to take grandson Layne fishing! Went to Holbrook and bass fished for the first couple of hours, then fished for bluegill after that. He caught his first bass and 10 bluegill! An anwesome day of Papa & grandson fishin'!!! Then of course we had to go the beach area so he could play in the water! Grandkids, aren't they great!

Way to go Layne! I am very proud of you. Happy he finally got his first LMB. Thanks Ronny for taking him out today!  Laynes first fish ever July 2010  Laynes first solo fish(white bass) from casting out, retrieve, to fish on! Thanks again for taking him out today! He had a blast!!!! Wish I could have been there.

I remember when my papa took me fishing and I thank him every time I set foot in my boat. Back then it was an old boat with and even older motor and you just hope it started. I think every kid should have the chance to fish. Great job of getting them out of in front of the tv and to the waters edge.
