Coming home on R/R. I am taking my sons fishing for Crappie for their first time. I have been reading and learning from a lot of the members posts. I have plenty of tubes, but need the jig heads. Looking to buy some of the pony head style jigs.
Thanks

Hope that maybe some of those who pour your own can sell some or know someone.
Thanks

If someone pours his on Pony heads, if they sell them they are breaking the law and can find them selves in a law suit they can't win! Blakemore has a Trademark on the design of that style heads and are the only ones that can sell them. On my Roadrunners, I but them from Blakemore and that took me 2 years to be able to buy them so they would let me tie and sell a finished RR.

So basically your asking some one to risk everything they have to sell you some pony heads.

Pony heads are junk IMHO, the spinners don't always spin so I made my own molds for spinner heads. I can make 1/8 or 1/4 with hook size from #2 to a 1/0 sickle. I have no desire to pour these in huge orders but if you still need some let me know and we see what we could work out.

Depends on who make them. I know the ones I use all have blade that spin just fine. we catch at least our share of crappie and spring for me is just Roadrunners and some Pony heads.
