I just buy the carp bait at walmart on treble hook and sinker, the orange soft pellets, they work on carp and cats

If you are looking for the euro style hair rigs, I just tie my own with 50lb power pro. I get my hooks from resistance tackle they usually have the best prices. Usually prefer a size 6.

my carp that i target are cuaght on light tackle with 20 lb braid, i prefer it that way so its fun, the carp i catch are less than 20 lbs so i dont get spooled, i like to buy bulk hooks

and just use corn, the sinkers are preferably the lightest i can go, usually at least a half ounce but sometimes i use 2 oz egg sinkers
i like to fish with corn, salt and unsalted( i usually bring a can of each)

We used to use 4lb test and catch Carp at Joe Pool off the from of the marina when they used to let you fish in front at night time, this was about 10-15 years ago. Now THAT was a blast. Now days for me it's 65lb power pro for me. wink
