1)My old can of Toluene finally evaporated, and I went to my hardware store to buy some more. They don't sell it any more. Neither does Home Depot. Is it still legal?
What do you use to thin Shoe Goo or Goop?
2)I think some tiers use Loctite super glue for tying. When I went to buy some, I noticed there are all kinds available for viscosity etc. Which type do you prefer for tying?

I think you have to go to the paint store for that now.
It's more than the catfish would do.

the epa has really clamped down on access to toluene.
I use a lot of barge for leatherwork and the new "consumer" version is supposed to be toluene-free. commercial buyers can still get the real thing.
of course anything whose first tier effects include testicular atrophy might be wisely avoided.

This does not refer to temporary changes, such as those brought on by cold.

Hi, as far as super glue is concerned I would go with two types the liquid and the gel. Both have their uses in tying. I but mine in tubes from the Dollar Store really good price Also look into UV resins, much easier to use than goop etc and the best on the market in my opinion is the tack free from Deer Creek, this is available from Casters fly shop they have a website Mike
