Thanks Pat, is there an age limit? I guess if they can fish with in reason, they can have a limit?

If they can reel the fish in then they can have a limit. If you're doing the fishing for them, then it's your limit.
No, I don't recall exactly where I read that, but it's a common-sense definition that I believe any GW would accept.

I think what should be said is that daily bag and possession limits apply to all whether or not you legally need a licence to fish.

No, I don't recall exactly where I read that, but it's a common-sense definition that I believe any GW would accept. This is true. You can't catch a 4 person limit yourself just because there are 4 bodies in your proximity. For instance, if the GW shows up and your 5 yr old kids are on the beach building sand castles or playing in the water while you're out there fishing, it's going to be a tough sell to make the GW believe your kids caught their portions of the fish in the cooler. He/she might even ask your kids, "Did you catch these?" "How many did you catch?" Just to see what kind of answers they get.

If you are fishing from the bank or beach with a rod n' reel in a rod holder, just take turns reeling them in.
