We are part of a navy communications detachment forward deployed to the Indain Ocean. The isolation from the family sucks, but the fishing is good. I guess there are worse places to be stuck. It is funny how Texans seem to find each other. I am from Portland the other two guys are from Dallas. We were running Boones 7 1/2" octopus skirts on the outboard rods. The three inboard rods had 10" rapala maganums. There is another big wahoo on the deck and we also brought in a few bonita.
