Some buddies and I have some rooms reserved at Elm Creek for this weekend on Ivie and I was wondering if anyone knows the status of the ramps. When I spoke to the lady I booked them with she said they were fine but today I received word they may be "iffy". One of the boats we will be using is a Triton fish/ski combo so that is the one we are most worried about since it appears to sit in the water a little deeper (not sure).
Any input would be greatly appreciated since we may have to scramble to go somewhere else.
Thanks

It s not how deep it sits. The problem is getting enough water to float the boat off the trailer

But wouldn't that mean it would take higher water to lift it off the trailer?

Ramps will be useable this weekend, bass boats, fish and skis won`t have too much trouble you just have to back waaaay out there. Pontoons are pretty much a done deal, not enough water to float them. But hey it`s gonna rain this weekend laugh

Is elm creek the only ramp that is left in the water? I know concho is not even close but is there not any other ramps that we can use once elm creek is not useable?

A few weeks ago I saw a few boats launching from a dirt ramp in turkey bend
Not sure if it was private area cause I wouldn't know how to get there by road

We went to look at Padgitt a couple weeks ago when we were down there. It looks even worse than that now. I can see a place in this picture where my dad caught a 9! Sad deal. We tried to drive my buddies truck down there to put our kayaks in closer to the river channel. Two flat tires later, than turned out to be a STUPID idea.
