Anyway you want too, t rig, weightless, whacky, c rig just use your imagination. They work....

Wacky is my favorite. It even makes a great topwater when twitched rapidly through the grass. An o-ring works great but I also like to use the Lead Ring weights that I get from Ronnie over at Lake Fork Trophy Lures.

I favorite thing to do is to rig it wacky with an I ring on a spinning rod and skip it under docks and overhanging limbs

the short answer... YES they flat catch fish.
Generally I'm texas rig, unless its real sparse cover or docks. then i'll wacky
