I hope so. Wish I was more often. My latest blog, on the good problems that come with catching lots of big bass. Lots of cases lately at Fork. wink

My guides and I have laughed about that very fact for many years. If you don't catch at least a 5 pounder at Fork you've had a bad trip!! mad
Then there's the crappie at Fork, too. We clean and eat what would be trophy mounts most other places. Yes, I am a spoiled brat fisherman. Guilty, guilty, guilty!
All thanks to Lake Fork. texas

Yes. That's why I reside beside a Lake!

It sure ain't Fork though...

That reminds me of the Falcon glory days, but Fork will always be Fork.

Fork spoiled me in the 80s-90s 6-8lb slots and a 9.5 barely over when the top end was 21" I feel sad that my PB on Fork is only 11 and had to go to lowly Roberts for my 14 Now the bass in fork are just long and skinny snakes. Just sad not the same lake. Lol. It's a joke guys........the not the same lake part....blessed to be spoiled on some of the best lakes in the country.

You still fishing Roberts Rudy? Far from lowly although it did have a slump in 07-09ish around the flood when all the big fish looked like skeletor fish. Have not been back lately but need to make a trip.....especially if it stays low long enough again for all that buck brush to grow back on the shorelines and then have the water come back up.

You mean like catching 30-40 bass from 7-10 pounds without moving the boat (anchored in the wind) in one day at Falcon a few years ago? Yes, I'm spoiled.
