I would buy a Diablo Paddlesports Adios and with the remaining money buy a good fish finder.

I dont know if this counts, but i'd commission myself a custom made SUP that would carry about 500 lbs of fisherman and gear. I'd out fit it with a big yeti, and stainless rod holders.

And if I had any money left over I'd pay somebody to make me a crate that holds standard tackle trays laying flat.

Hobie PA12 or Hobie Evolve System. Both would be even nicer, but will require more than 3G's.
