Awesome. I always think it's better to let it sit for a day before eating so I make several jars at once. Also; try heating it up to a simmer then cooling before putting that lid on, lots of variations.

I like pace and add a good squirt of siracha sauce to make it a little spicy, also the pace restraint style original is good but a little watery.

Old ElPasso thick and chunky mild, med, or hot is the best store bought ever. Only homemade will beat it. Im my opinion.
