Guess I look at things differently if I was sellin something new (at a more than premium price)I would want every question possible asked so I could back my product, not buy one take it apart see if you like it(sounds to me like avoiding something) when so easy to just post part #s. First few posts asked same questions(on original post) Sorry to ruffle some fethers $139 dollars is no where near the premium price market! a $83 ABU 6500c3 is premium to me, why spend more, please tell me Where in my comment did I suggest spedning more? Please tell! Sorry Tim forgot the ? mark,it was just a question

Those who do not want to buy this reel,don't !!! That is your option,but please don't trash another persons products without trying the item...
Not one time did Jeff beg anyone of us to buy his reel,he just put the reel on the market,the rest is up to us.

Opus...... damn it bro! What---I need those parts for reels I already have YES SAME PART AS A PENN RODDY 175 . I really liked um till plastic part broke hope his is metal. I knew that reel looked familiar that's why I asked about plastic parts mine has a lot of plastic once ya open it up looks great on outside.

I have a lot of respect for a man who turns something he loves into a business. Its hard for a small company to make it these days. I know I would have never been able to stick with it through all the ups and downs he has had to deal with to make it to where Team Catfish is right now. Good luck Jeff, I hope the new reel turns out to be solid and you sell enough to put Abu Garcia out of business.
