The grand prize was $10,000 not a truck. The hourly winners are posted on our website in the results section. Look for TroKar Leaderboard.

The leaderboard doesn't show the hourly payback amounts, just shows who won. What were the hourly amounts ?

This was one of the best events that I have fished in a long time. Everything was run first class. They even had side by side ATV's to carry you up the hill to weigh your fish in. For some reason I also do not recall seeing much advertising for this. I did not receive an entry form until late July or early August. At that point I had already registered. I think more months of Lakecaster ads would help. Regardless, this was a GREAT event. I can not wait until next year. I hope everyone gets the word out to make it a huge success.

I didn't get a chance to fish the Rayburn event, but the Lake Conroe tourney is always a first-class event.
I was well aware of the Rayburn tournament. In addition to the brochures etc., I would receive texts on my phone reminding me that the tournament was approaching.

It really looks like a 1st class set-up with alot of great incentives to pull a big crowd, but the word just never got out about it down here:( Ever since Lakecaster quit makin Livingston version we dont see them anymore. Think ill keep it quiet and try those odds next year lol, congrats to the winner!

$100 to fish 1 day, $150 for both.

Heck of a set-up these guys have, it was a fun tournament. $75 a day is cheap for the payout.

Me and my partner were able to register on line at 7:30 pm on Friday night, that in it self was great, we did not have to waste gas, until we were ready to fish on Saturday. The second best thing to happen was they kept us informed of what was being weighed in and what it would take to get a check in the hourly. They did this by text on the cell phones so everything was current. Again it was a first class run operation and I plan on doing it again.

Seemed kinda low to me? Most of the Big Bass events I fish pay back 10 spots an hour with a bigger overall. But Cool that it was a first class event, might try it next year if it was on a lake like fork or something.

I may be new at this but I'm Learning!

RB, we host these Oakley events all over the nation and they are all different related to various grand prizes, payouts and participation. For example our Conroe event is 15 years old and typically has 700-800 anglers participating. The payouts for that event are over $150,000. So as an event grows in participation we adjust grand prizes and payouts accordingly.

We hope you'll come to Conroe in March or check out the Rayburn event next year. Thanks for the feedback.

Showed up with absolutely zero time on Rayburn. Cashed two of the hourly checks and paid for my trip. This was my second event to fish with Oakley. I plan to fish a couple more next year. Mark, Scott and crew put on the best events.
